Make an appointment to meet with your client/target audience

Do thorough research on your client/ business

Do initial research on the issue proposed by your client

Create an interview guide

GET APPROVALfor you interview guide from Oesch-Minor PRIOR to your meeting

Decide who will attend the meeting with the client (you must attend to earn RISE credit for W231)

Agree on what you will wear to the meeting

Designate driver(s) for team transportation

Assign interview responsibilities

Greetings and introductions
